About the role
- Working Day: 5 Days/week.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering and construction activities at the project site.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identify technical issues at the site and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of construction works.
- Verify site measurements and completed works where required.
- Monitor the use of materials and ensure materials comply with project specifications.
- Assist in planning work schedules, manpower requirements, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other technical documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on technical matters and project progress.
- Coordinate and follow up on rectification works and outstanding technical issues.
- Ensure construction activities comply with relevant safety requirements, regulations, and company procedures.
- Liaise with consultants, authorities, and other relevant parties when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
